New Patch bug

So playing the patch, and i was trying the cold and heat system.  I found that I was getting soaked when not in water but near the shore line, and if i touched the water not waist deep just touched my clothes were soaked through.  This is a smidge broken, and should be looked at but i cant post on the fucking bug tracker.

Dunno if this is why you can't post, but for the version don't attempt to type 0.48.blahblah instead simply do 48.blahblah. The prior although accurate doesn't work for some reason and has given me issues in the past, but the ladder example works.

I am chill.  wrote, "i cant post on the fucking bug tracker" to which I whimsically responded "Why can't you post on the fucking bug tracker?" and gave him some hopefully helpful information. The "fucking" part was merely tongue in cheek copying .
