Some small crafting ideas

Recommended Posts

I did not look up which ones were already requested/announced, so please forgive me.

- Breaking a soda can into an improvised "knife"

- Use sewing kit to craft rags into an improsived sack

- Use sack on backpack = backpack-cover! (not bushwookie-style, just a cover)

- Drill duct tape into improvised rope

- Firewood as blunt weapon?

- Combine a rock with a rock to break one -> improvised rock-knife

* combine it with rope -> improvised axe head

* 3 sticks + rope/tape -> improvised axe handle

-> build your improvised axe!

umm stick + rags + alcohol = torch?

I like most, but some are just too unrealistic...

- Soda can knife? Probably only good for poking holes into paper

- I'd like to see you make a Rock knife by breaking a rock with another rock.

- With such an improvised axe you can't chop anything, it would be good for hurting someone, but that's it

Soda Knife: Or cutting burlaps or whatever will be there. Also, doing it right (rolling it up) you can actually stab into someones throat e.g.

Maybe "rock knife" was a bit to vague. What i meant was a splitted rock, creating a sharp edge. (http://images.ookaboo.com/photo/m/Canto_tallado_2_Guelmim_Es_Semara_m.jpg)

And with such an improvised axe a lot of indigene did a hell lot more then chopping. You can perfectly use it for thinner trees, limbs - but it should get damaged way faster than a real axe.
