The most inspirational DayZ GamePlay Concept [VIDEO]

Recommended Posts

door sounds would be huge.  makes a hell of a lot more sense than chewing you can hear a block away.

the other stuff is great too, but door sounds should be the next fucking patch.

Personally didn't like the menu concept - considering all the wailing about DayZ on PS4 they certainly made it represent something I would expect from a console port :( . As for the other things - It was nice to see what these features might look like in the future, luckily (from what I can discern) pretty much all the things they show in the video are on the devs to do list...

Feels like a console port. Also, I don't think helmets work like that...

:emptycan: for being unrealistic.

to be honest the main thing i liked was the door sounds, item pickup sounds, spawning inside of houses waking up, breathing sounds in helmet and the slow death. The slow death would just be awesome

I can see where the whole concept of the "console" port menu is coming from and also the helmet part was not realistic at all. You should have full vision with the helmet with only scratch marks or cracks getting in your way. This would be a cool concept for if the helmet got ruined.
