Getting on top of the roof

So i found a way to get up on the rooftops on some building and i dont know if this is meant to be or if i just found a lucky glitch cause its pretty hard to get up there

So im just wondering if any fo you guys have tried the same thing or can confirm thats its a glitch or not

How are we supposed to know if all you give us is "some building"?

Well i dont really know what the building is and its pretty safe to say that people that have tried to get on the rooftops will know what im talking about but i might be wrong

Ah come on and just tell us. You will not be in trouble for telling us how to get up and which buildings.

There is no way to tell which building you are talking about. Pretty soon, helicopters will allow us to get up on top of any of them anyways. (well, maybe not soon).

Well if it's the pub in Svet then I assume it was intended as there is scaffolding leading up there, probably some other buildings with a similar setup.

Theres the Svet roofs like SmashT said, it's not difficult and it really doesn't provide an advantage unless you are ambushing with people suporting you on the ground, I've been up there before and had people waltz up and kill me. I don't know if it was intended but its nothing special.
