This makes no sense. Damaged rags should be made instead.

Because you're tearing the t-shirt up. What does it matter if the t-shirt already has a tear in it?

True, rags are rags, it doesn't get any more ruined than that.

I don't see how the zombie "swing arms lazily up,then down while howling like a monkey" attack annihilates your rags to the point of uselessness.

It's annoying that they can destroy your clothing/items at all, especially so often. It's so flipping annoying
