Need a Character Restart ( stuck under building )

Ive tried everything to get out from under this building , i need my character to be reset. There really needs to be an option to kill yourself until the game is fully developed ( if you have a gun or knife not just an option in the esc menu). So frustrating

Look at the trailer of the DayZ SA. There you can see a woman killing herself with a pistol. Why cant we do it in game? Anyways have you tried to go to high ping server and just spam the jump button?
