xD nah bro, was in Berezino when hacked m4's started spraying me, terrible shots broke my leg, I was a scavenger at this point. I had a splitting axe, a few sticks and a bandage but used both rags, it did not work as it used too.

I think the bandage has to be 100% to use for a splint. If yours was, then idk.

To use bandages to craft a split, you need a 100% roll (possibly 75% but no less) or just 1 rag. I'd suggest you keep your bandages for bandaging and use your rags for splints.

you missed the cauterize option... use the scroll wheel.

You need a 100% bandage in order to craft a splint. It will consume the entire bandage. That's probably why it did not work.

Who the hell doesn't carry rags though? They stack, you can find them anywhere and you actually spawn with one on that you can wear and it takes up no space. Oh and what everyone else said. Lack of knowledge or experimenting on how to play is not a reason to call out, (in all caps at that!) the whole dev team!
