Items that are as rare as hens teeth

Is there a list of items that are not as widely available as they used to be (pre .47)

If not here are a couple of things I have noticed.

Rare items.

Can opener

Hacksaw

Handcuff keys

FNX

Longhorn (not seen one yet)

Prolific items.

Handcuffs

Machete

7.62x39 rounds (currently chugging 240 around with me and no I don't server hop)

Personally I don't find any of those items to be rare.

Check the town hall in the new big city (novo?).

 

The only item I'd consider rare personally is the drum mag for the AKM, as it should be.

Tell me about it! I've got 2 ak drum mags with me and would have total of 5, but had to throw them away to save some space. I got bipod, handguard, PSO-1 scope but havent found any ak's so far. Once, I had it but I guess my character got hacked and lost it all.

Only rare items I see to be rare now are Protector Cases. Anything else I have coming out of my ears, including everything you said besides the Longhorn, I walk past them!

I found a hacksaw, handcuff keys and fnx attachments but no pistol in .48 experimental last night. I found the hacksaw in a shed in gorka and the handcuff keys in the jail cell at the nwaf and had hopes of finding the fnx in zelenogorsk after I found the attachments in the military barracks.

Anyone else finding a lot of ruined items? Shortly after restart I found a ton of ruined clothes and medical items, in every town/city I visited. Also I was noticing the lack of canned food and drink

Rope

 

Rare as fuck, even though there should be at least 1-5m of rope in every second, if not EVERY, house or appartment available.

(Packet cord, clothes line, etc.)

imho, none of all the items in the game is really rare. percieved rarity atm is mostly just bad luck finding what you are looking for at that very moment. thats the RNG goddess at work.

The last time I found a rope was like 1 week ago.

But when I find one, I keep in my backpack, no matter what.

What about .45 ammo? Can't find any since patch....

Yesterday, I never ever found any .45 ammo, a few days ago, there were other items, that never did spawn.

It looks like the loot tables constantly change over time. Whether this is due to bugs or testing something is the big mystery.
