I haven't found a protector case in ages!

It's sort of the opposite for me... My kids have gotten me killed in-game on more than one occasion. Abandoning my character prone in a police station to make a potty or food run downstairs, or having to change the baby's poo---Upon arriving at my computer afterwards, I'd be greeted with a black, "You Are Dead" screen.

Just logged out and managed to headshot one zombie no problem-- just need a clean shot. Another zombie charged me at NWAF afterwards but I sank 4 or 5 shots into his torso and he went down. Pretty much what I had expected from the weapon.

Use it to make a tripod out of sticks for cooking. 3 sticks; 2 lengths of rope; cooking pot; fire-- then you're all set! Really just any kind of lashing project

Most of my "tales" involve me taking a wrong turn down the stairs of a construction site and plummeting to my doom. I also can't go near the Big Ship (Rify) without thinking of that Brian Eno song. You know, the one that David Foster Wallace loved so much before he hanged himself.

A schlep

You don't need poop to contaminate a water supply. Once they implement hunting, you kill a raccoon or some other small animal and toss its decomposing body into a pond/well. It requires more effort than just popping a squat and shooting out the tactical bacon you ate 2 hours before.

Hey everyone, my Steam name is TootsMcgee. I've been gaming since about 1998 on the PC when Rainbow Six came out. Played all the subsequent Tom Clancy games with the exception of Ghost Recon. Back in the day we would all get together in the school computer lab to play RS multiplayer-- great times. I have some experience with other games like BF, WoW, CoD, SC, Diablo, CS:GO, etc... but DayZ is by far the most immersive. I downloaded and played the DayZ Mod for about 6 months before the standalone came out. Had to buy a new computer to run the standalone and I am loving it so far. I play stealth. I try not to interact if I can help it, except when my buddy is on and we'll try to find each other on the map (half the fun of playing). I like exploring and my intention is to make a nice, secluded campsite once the materials are available. I'd love to be able to construct a lean-to, build a fire and cook some beans and read Candide (if they have it in-game!)
