Deffibulator or adrenaline shot.

(Sorry I couldn't spell deffibulator lol) but I think it would be a great idea. A team mate gets shot dead anywhere but his head and his heart stops. You would need a very strong battery and a defib, to bring him back. Something that should be even more rare and with a less chance of being successful. Adrenaline shot. It can't work every time though. For more twisted folks, you could plunge your adrenaline shot into a prisoner. It would be a huge waste but whatever. Also maybe we could have smelling salts for our unconscious comrades? Thoughts and ideas?

you may only get the pc if you can spell the word defib fully and correctly ;)

Both of these things already [basically] exist in the game. There's been a defibrillator (that's how you spell it :P ) for a long time and epinephrine has the same exact effect that you're describing with adrenaline shots.

Unfortunately these items only currently work on unconscious players, not dead ones. Once you're dead, you're dead -- and I think that's how the developers have intended it to be (death as 100% final). Perhaps they'll change their functionality down the line.
