Couldn't download but got charged?

Recommended Posts

I tried contact the team page but it's says page not found. I tried downloading dayzmod and entered my cc Infor correct and got a error and it said my account wasn't charged so I tried again in case I messed up and it said the same thing. Now I have 66$ from my account and no game. I was charged twice for the product when it said it didn't

Going to need some more information, DayZ Mod is a free mod for ArmA 2/OA. Which store were you attempting to buy it from?

Oh, my... I think the poor dude got scammed.

DayZ Mod is free for ArmA 2 OA, and available from DayZ commander.

DayZ Standalone is available for about 30 dollars USD on steam.

Sad to say sounds like you got scammed by some third party.  Whats the exact website you bought it from (link).  DayZ (Standalone) is only available on Steam, although you can buy it on Bohemia's website that gives you a Steam code.  Combined Ops, which is what you need for DayZ Mod is about $25 on Steam (and a look at Bohemia's website sells the same thing for Steam).

Unless you got it from either Steam or store.bistudio.com you got scammed.

If you purchased it by following the links at http://dayz.com/buy then it's the standalone version of DayZ (not the mod for ArmA 2) and would have redirected you to http://store.bistudio.com/ you'll need to contact BI support in that case by filling out the contact form at https://store.bistudio.com/support or emailing support@bistudio.com

Also, here's a guide on how to locate the key (which you can add to Steam) from their FAQ

https://store.bistudio.com/step-by-step-serial-number/
