Two questions on Aiming and ROF

1. My aiming sights seem to have gone, any idea why? how do i get them back? (The green sight you see infront of you when you aim without right clicking) I use the M9 and AKM. Please help.

2. How do i change rate of fire?

1. It's a difficulty setting enabled/disabled by the server you play on.

2. F - Change Weapon/Weapon Mode.

OK, so if i use F to change weapon (this works fine). Do i then change ROF by pressing F again? Can ROF be changed with AKM?

Are you playing on veteran servers or servers with croshairs turned off? To change firemode press f

If you have a AKM, handgrenade and an empty whiskey bottle in your inventory.

Your default weapon mode is full auto.

Press F = switch to single shot.

F again = handgrenade.

F again = throw(empty whiskey bottle).

F again = AKM full auto.

You use your mouse menu to switch to handgun or you can use/bind a key in contols, I can't remember the default key.

I might be playing on a server like that. i really need to look at the stats on a server other than how full it is next time.

Is there anyway to Bookmark servers so i can get back on good ones without having to scroll through the whole list?

I mostly play on one server. You can't bookmark, but if you remember the name, you can use the filter: DayZ - US1 ect.

If i meet someone named DALLAS on the map i won't open fire, :). Not that i would hit you as i had no crosshairs on last time i looked. Impossible!!! Hoping its a server thing.

I'm thinking ROF= Rate of Fire

Or Semi-auto/burst/auto

EDIT: I get what you are saying now, it is not actually the rate of fire, but we know what he means. No worries there.

Yes i meant switching from Semi to Burst to auto etc.
