need advice on global ban

Recommended Posts

My dear friends, i'm very dissapointed.

11 may 2014 my steam account was hacked. 20 may i get it back.

in july i try to play dayz. (don't play from ~ feb 2014) and get "global ban #726cd1" message.

i try to contact battleeye support, get autoanswer e-mail from their e-mail and... nothing.

I still don't know why my steam account was banned on BE, and didn't get any support from them.

i always play fairly and didn't response for actions of other people's who steal my account.

i can provide any evidence of my innocence to support of battleeye, if needed, but they do not try to help in any way.

So, is there any suggestion or ideas how to cancel ban or (if impossible cancel ban) how to return my money back (because i can't play in DayZ)?

Nothing we can do, contact Battle Eye, if they haven't responded, wait longer, if they don't respond, don't go to dodgy web sites, I've had my steam account for a decade, never once hacked.
