I'm banned from dayz standalone, can i buy another copy?

After months of saving up i've finally got enough money to buy Dayz standalome again!:) Im just wondering, if i made a new stram account and bought Dayz, will i still be global banned or un- banned? definetely wont be doing wall hacks with my friends again haha! thanks guys ;)
