I'm not sure where I fall. I like to kill people, but I like to mess with their heads first. Or I just stalk and ambush. I guess I'm a weird roleplayer/murderer hybrid?

Sooo, you're really bad and can only kill unarmed players is basically what you're saying...Good for you, I hope somebody force feeds you windex and throws your tablets in a pond after you've spent a week trying to gear up.

I'm a strictly defensive killer only, I'd much rather meet people and go on some awesome adventure and die a few hours in, rather than see somebody and be dead before I can even say "hey dude!".  Just last night I was on a 40 man server almost full in svetlo and it was a "friendly" server.  I heard about 10 explosions, countless gun shots and saw about 4 other people looting the city...I played VERY defensively, hiding behind fences and things just watching and stalking...Waiting for one to come close to get blasted by a shotty.  However, not one of the many people (probably about 10 in total) in that city managed to find me, so I didn't have blast anyone.  However, I wouldn't try to make friends with people throwing nades around and shooting everywhere,so it's an obvious hostile situation.  I try to play as neutral as possible, but will kill if I have to.  I like to give everyone a fair chance to play, because i know first hand how annoying the bad-kids are that kos cuz they don't know how to pvp.

Made nearly 30 steam friends in the hundred or so hours of play time. I like being friendly and helping people find their friends or get to the next town or loot area, i feel like a tour guide sometimes but its fun!

 

Its crazy how so many people dont know the map or how to use one. I can get from Svet>Novo>NEAF>Devils Castle>NWAF>Green MT>Balota>Elektro>Cherno>Berenzino and back to Svet off of memory now. I would like some more distinct terrain features in the center of the map though...

 

Just a friendly guide. Yesterday I ran into a friendly at NEAF and he was trying to find his buddy in Svet. When we almost got there his buddy got axed in the church and I found the guy crawling in one of the apartments, interrogated him and ended his miserable POS life. Wasteland justice B)

It only makes it unlikely for you to be a diamond. Other than that it depends on what you are about to do with this stuff:

 

Get more and better stuff and keep it as long as possible? -> Diamond

Walk around the map, seeing new places, testing things? -> Spade

Find other players and interact with them in a more or less friendly way? -> Heart

Find other players and kill them/force them to do things because you can? -> Club

I'm a spade. Most of the time I'm just wandering the map from place to place, seeing what I can see. I prefer the splitting axe over the fireman's so it saves room in my backpack and saving my shoulder for my fishing rod. That last fact probably identifies me more than anything.

edit: I like meeting folks as I usualy don't KOS. When I get under fire, I enjoy the fire fight as well. I like to explore the map checking new stuff, I like the journey we make in DayZ, hell I even enjoy sun set in this game and I like hunting animals as well, plus I like sitting around camp fire with my buddy or two cooking some meat. And ofc I like getting new gear to make my character look cool, carry more stuff and just be well equipped for the journey. And I know I will eventualy die and repeat this whole damn process that I love so much :-).
