Stuck In Wall And Can't Submit A Ticket

I'm stuck under a building inside the walls of a two story building. I tried submitting a ticket, but when I do so it asks for the "Game Version" and I put "Alpha" because I don't know what game version to put, and it doesn't accept it saying it's an invalid game version. Please help. I'm stuck in a small building south of "Factory" on the coast.
