dunno if I should take this to the tracker or not, but i've noticed a few times (it appears to be random) but my character just does this..

 

 

I call it the 14 pints of guiness effect..

What the spinning? Likely due to you turning and something gaining priority over the game (like a Windows notification in the background) and the game remains spinning.

I see this happen a fair bit when people alt tab, But normally them tabbing back in fixes it..

Check your keyboard settings im guessing you have spin left or right binded to a stuck key.

 

What I would do is clear those 2 binds and see if it keeps happening.
