Acher0n 39 Posted July 12, 2014 Spawn into a server, before I even see anything at all, i hear what sounds like a shot/axe stab, then 'you are dead'. Literally, nothing had even spawned on my screen. Did someone seriously randomly happen to be stood in front of me in the 20 seconds of black screen before the shitty game even loads anything to my screen? 10 hours worth of gear, lost. Second shot, killed me. I hope the guy who wasted the ammo was delighted with the empty mosin and pristine banana he looted from me. miki_grom 69 Posted July 12, 2014 Once i was on server with only 1 playes besides me,i'm in the middle of nowhere (somewhere around Dobroe,don't ask how i got up there),i was looting,and BAM,a guy with AKM,fully geared,in front of me,checking his gear. Screw this, im finding a Police station and will now spend my game server hopping over and over.So you're going from areas that are low traffic where you were killed after spawning and now you are going to a very high traffic area to spawn instead? You do realise that if you do carry out our cunning plan, you will be sitting in a police station for 100sec while you wait for the spawn delay. For that 100sec and one who happens to be in the station will kill you. The amount of times I've just watched squads looting on the streets of Berezino, Elektro, and Cherno without taking a shot at them is too many to count. Zombie Milkman 167 Posted July 13, 2014 They would do well to have about 20 or so spawn points in wooded areas that are safe spots, or a small amount of time you aren't able to be killed so you can at least run in some direction. Right now there are a number of people camping the new-toon spawn ares, IMO of course, because I have heard this complaint frequently enough to realize people are doing it. Having fixed spawn points in remote areas would also eliminate some of the server hopers, or at least add time to their cheating journey. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Challenger2uk 4 Posted July 14, 2014 When a server restarted and everyone started rejoining I logged back in one of those buildings at the airport with the prison bars door on the right as you enter, I was in the upstairs room looking at the fresh spawned loot when I heard a loud *THUMP* and the player noise you make when falling, I turned and found some guy sitting in the corner with coloured clothes on, spooked by the incident I gave the guy a swift mossin round to the head ending his life. He didn't have much but soon after another guy done the exact same thing right beside him but before I could shoot, his character disappeared. I believe that was his friend and he told him to bail asap. I once logged into a server and had no quick slots, checked my inventory and everything was there, moments later my quick slots appeared and the screen went black and it said I was dead. I could handle dieing to players everyday but meaningless deaths are hard to swallow. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I soon realised that it's a pretty stupid idea to 1) log out in a building 2) log out where players are likely to "path" to navigate e.g. not a tree by a road. You'll learn little one, you'll learn.
