Wow.. thats actually very reassuring for the game as a whole. Shows that hit detection is spot on when not hampered by lag or desync.

Never noticed until hearing in slo mo, but the mosin reload audio is the reloading of a tank cannon. Sounds like it to me at least. 

 

Anyways, not sure how he's lucky though. Surely you saw your crosshair was on the gun and not his head.

I was aiming for his head. Im not that great of a shot.

Actually hit detection at long range (100+ meters) was never a problem.

 

All problems with DayZ's hit detection starts at close range.

Some people are complaining im a bandit in the comments. I guess they mean KOSer.

What would DayZ be without us? We`re the adrenaline.

You're not the 'adrenaline' , don't act tough. You're skilless, both in gameplay mechanics and social interactions, nothing else. However, killing you bastards is the greatest feeling there is, so yes, I'm glad you are a part of DayZ.

Last night ,me and 2 others attacked a guy who had absolutely nothing.

I shot his leg so he couldn`t walk. The other two proceeded to hack him to death with pickaxes.

 

All for testing purposes of course.

 

These guys need to learn not to run in the open.

I`ll turn away from the dark side when i got enough target practice.
