So I was stuffing about in one of the cranes in elektro and all of a sudden I just died, no headshot sound or anything just dead and a message saying my leg is in extreme pain?

 

Normally when I get 1 shot killed I hear the bullet thump, reckon it was a glitch?

Maybe you fell throught textures and took damage, that would explain legs.

OMG,I had the same thing happen to me when I was at NWAF,I think hackers found a way to add "fall damage" to you

you probably crouched in an unlucky spot and glitched though wall somehow or just insta died, i had a coupel recently like that, not in crane, but in similar raised confined spaces

Were you on Experimental perhaps? The same kind of "silent death" happened to me on Exp today in a fire station tower. There were other players near me and there were zombies around so it could have been a magic one-hit zombie in my case.
