so i made a new steam account and bought the game again because someone stole my key and when i try to join a game it stills says banned? someone help please

How did someone "steal" your acct key? I've never heard of that, even with the most popular games like WoW or Guild Wars. It usually requires you reply to a phishing email and GIVE them your key to "authenticate" your acct.

I don't think BE IP bans you. They ban your CD key. When you "try" to hack, most of these "hacks" steal your CD key. They replace your key with an already banned one.

Maybe it's about time to invest a bit of time and research in security, if it happens to you that often.
