Moose confirmed

Recommended Posts

I skinned one yesterday. They're definitely the best animals in the game as of yet. The pelt takes up an incredible amount of space, though. And it's a deer, I believe

That isn't a Moose.

You probably wouldn't want to tangle with a Moose. Moose will fuck you up. They are goddamned GINORMOUS

I tried chasing one down with a pickaxe. Couldn't catch up with it though :(

+1 for adding a REAL moose to the game. Including the "wouldn't want to tangle with" part of course.

Chernarus doesn't appear to have the right habitat. No real freshwater swamps, or big tree blowdowns. The mountains are right, but everything is FAR to urbanized for Moose to be truly comfortable.

Don't forget, in northern New England, animals often have loads of square miles to roam before coming across a road.

I pop amphibian rounds at the animals I find, so the zombies inside cities get distracted and I can loot. :D

I don't always stay thirsty, but when I do, I drink a Rasputin Kvass.
