In reality lets face it, if you really had to you could give yourself a blood transfusion simply. Basically, I think we should get a syringe of blood or a vial of blood and instead of fill your blood back to 12k, it would do 3-6k worth of health. leo235 2 Posted June 28, 2012 Also in reality a blood transfusion wouldnt cure gunshot-damage.WAIT! could it be that the transfusion just stands for a whole operation and it would be a much larger pain in the ass to only recover when an other player has a blood bag, a bandage, a scalpel desinfectant, and some instruments and operates on you for up to 12h? The one and only way you can achieve full health (quickly) is through a friend or by trying to build enough trust between you and a stranger.Realism is not the bottom line all the time... if all we wanted was that, we could simply head out into reality. Unless there is massive blood loss, it is given fairly slowly as not to stress the vessels. That being said, gameplay is more important than how things work in real life.
