Has anyone else seen this before?

Before I go and make a bug report giving someone something to do that may be unnecessary I wonder if anyone else has experienced this before?

 

I logged into hardcore, turns out it seems like it was a fresh server as it filled up quickly.. only problem was

 

There was no loot and no Zeds. I swear I heard Zeds, more than the usual background noises.. it sounded like 1 maybe 2 sort of aggroed on me, but I could never see anything. I checked a few towns, Svetlo and Olsha before checking the NEAF. Not a thing anywhere.. I logged out and decided to come here before making a report. 

 

Anyone else seen this before?

Seeing as it was a fresh server, are you sure? Because someone may have been in that town and for some odd reason killed dem zombies

There is just no way that the entire town of Svetlo was looted, doors closed behind them, and all Zeds cleared.. all of them. 

 

As well as Olsha, and the NEAF. When I joined in.. it was at 18:03 time and there was 1 other player. After about 25 mins it was filling up to around 15-20 players. If it was previously looted I havent seen a server like that since experimental 100 man servers with no restart. Even then the doors were open and there were pants left around.. this was just empty of everything. So I dont know.
