Anyone know where Alice packs spawn?

Hi,

I've seen a few youtube videos where alice packs seem to be everywhere I've checked all over cherno and electro with my last character (Just got shot in the back 5 minutes ago) and couldnt find one anywhere.

Checked firestation, office / school building and the common cafe / pub building.

My go-to town is Berezino, I almost always find 2-4 ALICE packs when raiding the two grocery stores in that area.

Then again this morning, I could not find one at all.

For me at least, it seems that about 50% of all packs on the ground that I find are not interactable, and they are floating about a half foot off the ground. Frustrating when you are starting out and think you just scored nicely. No big deal for my current life as I have an elite Coyote, but still it's annoying.

Marketplaces, there is a bug that stops you from looting backpacks, you have to loot everything else in the pile first to get to the backpack. (just loot all the tin cans and crap and drop it somewhere else, thus getting a new backpack).

Berezino is a top place for anything residential or supermarket-worthy.

Also, about the buggy backpacks: you have to clear the ground underneath them of items before you can interact with the pack itself.

I find that, like hospital boxes, you have to pick up everything around a back pack to get the proper open/take/rearm menu.

I usually have trouble finding an Alice pack, but once I've found one the damn things seem to spawn everywhere. I've seen 3 spawn in a two story apartment in one of the major cities.

They are fairly common but as someone else mentioned if they spawn with other loot they can be difficult to pick up so you may have to pick up and move all the loot around them first. Also, be sure you drop your old pack first before picking up the new one, then you can mouseover and open your old pack to move everything to the new one.

Alice is great for us mid geared players...

I can imagine on a clan dominated server, it might be you to get much real military loot.

I don't have my list handy, I wonder if coyotes spawn in deer stands?

Clear out the spawn from tin cans, go check a nother building and clear that then go back around.

If people bloody picked up their rubbish you would all find more loot.

I found a Coyote (Backpack) in a fire station. (24 slot)

I'm so happy, because I still have it : )

Though, alice packs spawn in apartments, supermarkets, fire stations etc.
