How to restart hardcore character? need help :(

I'm trapped inside a wall of a house....i cant move out.
I dont know how kill myself, and the zombies can not hear me

Need to restart the character

please help

Run towards the walls of the house and keep hitting "V" to jump out when you're next to the wall. In 90% of the times this helps.

 

Alternatively you can try vaulting whilst at the edge / wall and log out in the middle of the animation. You will end up on the other side upon relog.

I have already tried using v ... and relogged 4 times ....
