I need me a pair of Binos

Patrolling the Elektro border is hard work, especially when using the naked eye. I need a better way to spot illegals messing about with my citizens, so, in other terms, where can I find a pair of Binoculars.

havent you found any yet since they were added? i have found probably 20 pairs so far, they spawn in quite  a few different locations, houses, medical pub, fire, police hostpital too many to mention really, if you are actually looting you will find some, just go into electro, if youre looting you will see them soon i guarantee.

 

edit if you are on hardcore il meet you and give you some,  im in kabanino, and if youre in electro, although by the time we met if you were searching houses, you woudl have some already
