If so when will these items be put in? Yes, Yes, yes, and eventually. The NVG's have been confirmed via leaked artwork of the model. The watch is somewhat of a given for dayz and I would imagine it wont even begin to see the light of day until they get the accelerated time fixed and working 100%. The GPS should be put in to help people with persistent containers and is another dayz given, but you never know.. they may not put one in, I would think yes though.
