What abour Zombie Dogs?

I think it could be cool if in DayZ Zombie Dogs are hunting the players.

Could be more scary at night because they are smaller and faster as normal zombies.

What are your opinions?

I don't want somthing that's running faster than me , and something that's hunt me that's not a player , and I think they have to finish Zombies first before adding dogs , don't agree with dogs .

I think it will add a sense of awareness to players and would hopefully stop campers. Maybe if they attacked the player then they might grab onto your arm and drag you to the floor. Fear is a great weapon in dayz.

I like the idea of packs of feral dogs attacking players and other animals. They would be a great way to add a more serious danger outside of the towns. But the infected should only be human IMO.

I'm agree too with only human infected... or we will finish this tread with infected squirrels, birds and mosquitos attacking you from every directions...

 

Feral dogs is a must have not because it will be interesting or annoying but just because it reality. How many people died or left from this country ? How many of those people had dogs ? Those dogs didn't just vanish in the forest.

 

They are surviving too and can feast on you if you're not vigilant.

 

First, zombie pathfinding fix, then I hope they will program a very good and realistic animals AI (both for carnivorous and grass eaters), because even wild predators like wolves or bears are scared by humans and prefer to leave unless they are starving. Then if they attack you, they won't attack facing you and giving you a chance but they will sneak in your back and kill you better when you are looking another direction.

Only human should be infected.  Otherwise, you have to have every animal be able to be infected if you want it to be realistic.

Maybe something like a pack of vicious dogs that roam the map, that you can hear coming from a long ways away. So if your leg is broken and you hear them coming, you had better go hide! :P

Throw down items such as chocolate and onions to kill them. (It's poisonous to canines yet they will still eat it.)
