Glitched in floor with broken legs and can't kill myself

Hey , I have spent 50+ hours on DayZ standalone. And this is the first error that I have come around. This has irritated me so much I have been glitched into the floor with broken legs , unable to kill myself and I'm not sure what to do.
Any help and I would be grateful

Did you try rolling out of there? You should still be able to stand up if you don't walk, try getting close to a wall, stand up and while facing the wall go prone, with some luck you will fall through the wall.

If that don't work -->

Start the game and go do something else while the game is running, you will eventually die of thirst / hunger.

Sorry, can't think of anything else without having another player glitch and kill / heal you.
