"You are dead" can't respawn

Happened a couple days ago, I've tried to join multiple, multiple servers to try and respawn.  I spawn with fracture legs in water and die 20 seconds after I get in server, Respawn button is greyed out, please help!!

Search First^tm will show you that this is a common problem.

(You're kind of in limbo, not actually dead, try waiting to die of starvation.)

Make sure to title it something like  "Character stuck, Can't respawn"

 

And support should be able to reset your character.
