I believe the Vz. 61 Skorpion has .45 versions (though the majority is .32) and a few CZ firearms as well. Both are Czech-made, and Chernarus is based off the Czech Republic

Chernarus is modeled off an area of Czech republic, but it's nowhere near Czech republic geographically
