Testnewbie 34 Posted April 28, 2014 Sporter is a nice gun to re-equip yourself since you have these nice mags and it kills zeds okish without attracting everyone around. And maybe they fixed the sound bugs on experimental so ZEDs wont get attracted too. Last time I checked it made no difference from SKS to Sporter and that was weird. hombrecz 832 Posted April 28, 2014 (edited) I'd so love to use Sporter, but I never find mags. They seem to spawn mostly in barracks, firestations or jail building, which are the ones that I often avoid. Also once I get my hands on SKS I can't force myself to use Sporter anymore. I wish mags and the rifle itself spawned only in civilian areas to make it a lot more viable as starters weapon. edit: same with some pistols. M4 is kiddo-like-spray'n-pray DayZ ain't about "being effective" or "being good".It's about looking badass and making the best out of your look. ITS ALL ABOUT STYLE! i enjoy the game most when my character looks really awesome! shootin the blaze sure feels baddass!!! and this reload Animation ... thats also what i did in dark souls when the game slowly began to "get old" ! i switched to Fashion souls! always having a good looking char is top priority! heck!!! in tf2 i only use Boston basher as a Scout! melee weapon sure is shit!
