i need help with this cause steam kinda stinks and i like my games to have there on lanuncher

Nope, you'll have to run Steam every time you run the game.

No, you are bound to Steam and there is no way around that I am afraid.

Question:  Are you talking about the Mod or Standalone?  With the mod you have a couple of options 'launcher' wise.  Otherwise your SOL.

Disable the Steam Overlay, it increases fps when off, I hate background programs.
