Legs broken.. what do I do?(DayZ:SA)

So im stuck in the ship outside berezino.. and the only way out of the spot im in is the stairs to my left.. but my legs are broken and I cant get up them. Easiest way to kill myself other than starve? Im stuck inside this room on the ship.

You can climb steps by going backwards.. It works with small stairs at building entrances, but I don't know if it works in your case.

go to the stairs stand lunge forward repeat - if that doesn't work you have to starve, get med help, or have someone kill ya
