Shit happens. In all honesty, if you broke your legs that frequently, you would gain the foresight to be more careful and scavenge the supplies to help with your problem.

Yes, but the splints/morphine are dependent on the RNG. The thing about RNG's are they are....RANDOM!!! Sometimes you find 20 of what you need, sometimes you go days without a stick or morphine injection gracing your screen. I look at the med buildings, and the 2nd floor of the office/school type buildings all the time. Seldom do I find the morphine. I need me some more morphine.
