This lovely location has a nice open floor plan most caves do not have. Location is very unique and only a hop skip and a jump over to Sveltojarsk. Great place to spend summers in Chernarus. Well ventilated so mold is not a worry. Beautiful back yard for entertaining friends. And lets not forget the oceanside view! Open house BBQ coming soon.

Thanks guys. Got one more coming soon. Then its back to the hunt. I actually have another that could possibly be the best one yet, but an invisible wall is blocking it. Doubtful I'll post it though.
