1. I feel my ability to express myself is not available. They have included all the races in the game so why not all the genders? Male, female or other?

 

2. Yes. Because my "toon" will never be able to be like me when everyone else can have their "toon" feel vaguely similar. Why don't I also have that right?

 

3. Yes - people assume that when I play as a girl I'm just one of those strange guys who thinks it's funny to play as a girl. I look like a girl and sound like a man in real life but I'm neither. I have the right to be properly expressed and identified by my "toon".

 

4. Indeed. Due to the rarity and exquisiteness of persons like myself I think I'd be able to convince any armed person to appreciate my exoticness and back down. Have you even seen how many foreign tourists come to visit Nana Plaza just to stare in wonder and amazement? No someone that plays little games on a phone or a visualized version of a board/card game are not gamers.

Would you call my mom a gamer because she plays solitaire on an ipad?

 

I suppose we should leave it up to her to make that call. If she plays games (plural) on video screens on a regular basis, she is more than qualified to call herself a gamer if she so chooses. I mean, who are either of us to say if someone is a gamer or not?

 

And "narrow" or not my argument is more correct in the context of the topic. That the female to male ratio on dayZ, like other fps/war/gun games, is not a 50/50 split.

More clothes geared towards woman would be nice maybe to help with some things. I bet if the game had some sort of patron/vassal or mentor system with small perks or some type of temporary reward system it would draw a larger crowd. The gamer women I know really don't like the whole perma death thing... I am pretty sure that is the main deterrent. Look at Hardcore servers in ARPG's pretty much void of women... But step into care bear territory... and behold!

Personally im not a HUGE fan of perma death ether and im male. What would be nice and more appealing MAYBE but it would be an option would be to keep a small portion of gear on your character after death but no weapons. The perma death is one of the best parts of day Z. The game shouldn't be changed and nerfed for the sake of appealing to a different demographic. cloths and misc. items are fine to add but it is not ok to change the game play completely.

 

Also perk thing was shot down was it not? 

personally I think its too much like fallout to add perks.

Without perma death the game would lose one of its main factors of fun. Which is fear.

I was actually having a conversation with him about this topic. If I were intolerant I would completely avoid conversation. Live and let live. Something the hypocrisy of liberalism cant get right. They want there cake and eat it too. Dish and get dished you dig? Intolerance is a word thrown around by liberal media. A cliche defense. You mistake intolerance with having a different point of view.
