Safety Switches

First off, I'm sorry if this has been suggested already, i could not find any posts on it. ^.^

 

Maybe you can have like a key for the safety on and off on a gun? Maybe? like press 'g' Or something and they flip the switch and then they're able to shoot, What do you guys think? Yes? No?

I'd rather animated selector switches like A3 has over a safety tbh. I mean, It'd be cool, and I'd use it, But.. Animated Selector Switch......

Safetys could work. What i use for my safety right now is just lowering my gun.

I am really not sure why this needed? Are you guys accidentally firing your weapons a lot?

actually this is a great idea! i am on a laptop and use a mouse, but sometimes i accidentally hit the touch pad with my hand and then the zombies come.. so i do like the idea!

I sometimes feel like I'm going to accidentally shoot off my gun (my hands get shaky when I'm being hunted) and I was actually musing about a safety with my friend while I trailed a dude with my Mosin the other day.

Just lower the weapon, hitting fire button will just make you raise it/change the stance.
