About my gear? I can call my own a camo Mosin with all attachments. The Mosin and the LRS scope are pristine, the bipod and bayonette are worn. The compensator is damaged. Never found a better one. While the ammo is slightly rare, I often use a second primary. So if you see an idiot shooting his way through a horde of infected, it could be me.  :)

 

In clothes, I take a route between military and civil.

 

When I can, I will post some screenshots.

I'm probably the only one who will compete in this contest but whatever. I wanna show off my awesome gear-set!

 

From the bottom up:

Black Jungle Boots

Black Cargo Pants

Black Tactical Shirt

Brown Working Gloves (I passed up black working gloves, the brown gives a very nice accent)

Blue Taloon Backpack (it's unfortunate there's not a black backpack but I think the blue is a sharp look with all of the black.)

Black Firefighter Axe

Black M4

Black Baseball Cap

 

I haven't come across a black UK assault vest yet, so the gear-set is not fully complete.

 

One thing that I am REALLY HOPING for is to come across a Blue Press Vest to go along nicely with the black backpack. That'd be AMAZING!

think it works better with the stab vest than the press vest when doing the black thing..

The black UK assault vests aren't rarer than the others. You'll find one sooner or later. I suggest you get yourself an either red or blue mountain backpack instead of the taloon.

Are black spray cans rare in hardcore? I thought it is just 1PP. I just painted my firefighter axe black.

The only real difference between hardcore and regular is that 3PP is disabled. That's all. Loot isn't rarer.

My story: 21 year old guy from Wales, going on a vacation trip around Eastern-Europe with a group of friends, turning horribly, z's everywhere, no one knows how it started, no one knows if it will end, but for now, the only thing to do, is survive, trust your naturally instincts...trust no one.

This is my character after the last scavenging run yesterday.

Had a pretty good day today, found a pretty tasty M4 - Can't remember what attachments though, all pristine though apart from a worn hand guard I think, not tested it out yet, found a purple taloon backpack and shortly after, found a green one, which I prefer and found plenty of supplies in what looked like to be a mental hospital I think, and finally managed to get my guy energised for the first time and hydrated, next step is healthy, how do you do that! 

 

My guy has gone from bambi, to checkered shirt wannabe poser, to fisherman, to hunting dude and now he finally looks like he's ready for action, not too sure if I should find a bandanna, would end up looking like Joe Manganiello from Sabotage. Haha! :D

 

Anyways, been a good day, shame about the football result!
