spaggiari 109 Posted April 5, 2014 (edited) oy everyone, o/ If you try to get inside a building, doors could be locked or unlocked.Adding smooth animations when openning/breaking/closing/locking doors would make it all pretty cool, wouldnt it? If a door is locked: You can get in by shooting at the lock, or break-in with an axe/crowbar Or, well, I guess since it's all old and used by the time, I guess we could also just kick it? No matter how : gun,axe,kick.It would require a lot of work (damaged/undamaged every door mesh models, animation, coding), much more than only add a sound!And finally I guess it will be boring after a while...If it's only to complicate everybody's life to break in, well on this basis we could also suggest to remove "Eat all" feature (same effects : multiple action & waste few seconds, for same result).Locked doors should not be defined randomly by server, but intentionaly and very specific (and so breaching them) by player.
