TheHuntsMan87 194 Posted April 5, 2014 (edited) So another little story from me, was a late one last night and i was playing with a few friends, asfter awhile they decided to leave so i was gunning lone wolf {back into the tree lines}. Made my way to Rify then out of no where ''clack, clack''. 'where the fack did that come from?'' i sprinted into rify and found some cover behind the statue in the middle. 20 mins passed and nothing, i thought 'right time to move on, probably some pop shots at me'. upon moving 'clack' the bullet literally skinning the fllor next to me. 'This aint no pop shooter, we have a sniper on our hands here'. I moved through rify taking cover in buildings when i caught something to my left...there he was, prone going up the side of the hotel left of the statue, i oulled up my gun and 'clack' his body just lay there, nothing, threat gone....well thats what i thought. me being me i like to go over to the bodies and like to take 'the hogs tooth' {basically empty the chambered round in there gun, the round that was ment for you} i moved out of rify and into a small villiage where there is a watering hole, my character needed to refill is bottle, as i was around 10 metres away from it 'clack clack clack'. 'You gotta be kidding me'. It wasnt just one sniper but two, same gear as the last one but wearing full camo {uk assualt vest, hunting pants, bonnie hat etc} I quickly ran thought the buildings and straight over the airfield, i had no cover and nocounter point to grab ths guy, in a real suitation i would of heard for the 'clack and thump' {basically when the bullet hits the near the target i.e. a wall you you start counting until you hear the thump, say for example you hear the thump after 3 seconds every second is 300M so you can sort of gauge there distance} unlucky for me the game dosent conatin these features so its basically be gunned or gun them down, Anyway i circled back on my self and layed in the trees above the airfeild. 5 miniutes passed...nothing...10....20....40 minuites passed 'he must of logged out' an hour went passed then all i see in right at the bottom of the airfield {next the last hanger} was the muzzle of SKS...i waited to see more of the guy to confirm it was the person shooting at me. 5 miniuites later he reaveled his self...yep it was my guy. I took aim, aimed for the triangle zone {forehead to left nipple and right nipple} for my confirmed kill shoot. 'Clack' got the pesky git 'at last' i said with a sigh of relief. I walked over minding that no one was around to get his round out of his sks. All and all it was a great experince seeing another 2 marksman in the game. Thank you.Rify = up he road from the broken container ship statue = in the middle of rify {plain and simple really XD} water source = pass through rify, pass a gas station, go uphill for a little while and the water pump is next to small building that you can enter and there is a prayer stand i.e. like a mini church. hope this helps Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
