Weapon weight and Aiming / weapon sway

Shouldn't a heavier weapon make your weapon sway sooner than a lighter weapon? How long can you hold a weapon in an aiming posture before your arms get tired and being to shake? With a lighter weapon this should take longer than a heavier one - what do you think?

the weight system is coming 

 

I hope they make the weight realistic and not that you can carry as much as the T800.
