It took some time for me to get the servers showing in the internet tab, try waiting a minute.

Alright man, here's a fix that was supposedly working for some Redditors:

Go into My Documents>DayZ

And delete the file that has the word 'vars' in it. The game will create a fresh one. Although some were saying that their controls and settings were back to default.

They were saying you should load up into a server fine after that.
