Here's how I think it can be improved.

Find a real nice spot to take this picture not just some random field

Make the characters crystal clear

Have someone else take the picture so your heads all face the same way.

This is a good looking screenshot do some more.

Here is the screenshot I created, but find a hill like this that overlooks a town and then go from there.
