I came across a redit post in which they talked about this very eating of the LRS. Just wanted to come on here and let all these wondeful forum users know the dangers of the SKS with a LRS.

Yeah, I was messing around with my guns and saw that the LRS went blue when I pulled it over my SKS. Thought that meant they re-implemented it for the gun.

i got an extra damaged one, but from what i can tell, it is not functionally different from pristine. just curious, what would be the max effective range with an SKS and LRS? 700yds?

I'm sure Gews could be all over this, but I believe the SKS has something like a 1 in 3 chance to hit a man size target at 200 yards (correct me if I'm wrong.)

 

So, about 200 yards, which you could probably already do with a PU scope.
