Are you talking about the timer? Or are you stuck on the Wait for Host screen?

 

The first is not fixable, the second one is being worked on.

As I see this is your first post, I shall be nice and not shout out its "Alpha" and you was told when you bought this game that updates/patches may brake the game function from working or intermittent for playing DayZ.

 

Another good tip please use the search function! It does help to find good information and all what is wrong with the current patch just come out!
