Sound-bug

Ok, with the new update we have some new things in-game and some bugs fixed. There're more important things to fix before anything and are still there. 

 

For example:

 

- Zombie bug (sound).

- Drink bug (sound).

- Bullets bug (sound).

- Gate bug  (sound) (a gete is open even in woods where there is no gates)

 

Is so annoying, some times you don't even know if is real or is the bug. This should be fixed at least in the next update, affects gameplay and is annoying. The Zombie bug is the most annoying.

 

And then, weapon silencers. Fix this is more important than 70% of the last update, silencers still not working and I have to do a lot of noise everywhere.

 

The suggestion is this, try to fix the more important things that affect gameplay, better priority.

 

Please fix this bugs.

Yeah had constant zombie sounds all day yesterday pretty much. Once you meet a zombie you can still hear them for the rest of the session.

The sounds are a mess at the moment. But Bohemia recently hired a sound designer, so it should get better soon!

Bohema should hired some main-manager with brains, because how the ducking you can release update which one have solved some textures which one did not done any harm to gameplay, and in the same time that update brings new bugs??? Just make it adequate and do not create agression on servers, i could not play today because of i simply could not play more then 3 minutes, server just drop random ppl, and then you should wait 12491290481290 second before you can join again + it's can kick you from server in any moment, and probably some ppl already died because of that...

Yeah everyone including Dean knows that this is an issue.

My girlfriend who doesn't play games knows this.

This will obviously get fixed, but we have to trust that they have other priorities that need attention first and we will have to wait until it gets fixed.

 

PS: The gate sound is not a bug. It is part of the ambient sounds along with that cow eating grass sound too.

Other priorities? ....... read the description of the new update. More than 50% are bullshit, and this bug is more important than a lot of things.

 

Is really annoying heard this sounds every 5 seconds, 10 seconds, all time.

 

And if you get some "LAG" you'll heard the famous ZOMBIE'S RAP, 100 zombie sounds in 3 seconds.

There is actually a sound-guy working on DayZ now and he only just started, as far as I am aware. Give them a bit of time, seeing as they're working on it, and you will be surprised.

I'm not complaing about the sounds. I'm just complaing about the sound-bugs, it is just a bug, not sound problem. In other words is code problem.

Ambient sounds are totally FUBAR'd on Stable after the latest update.

I'm in the far NW of the map on the edge of the debug plains and have 250m clear line of sight in all directions.

There's just trees, grass, bushes, a lone rabbit and my character.

So why does it sound like I'm in the middle of a zombie NotaCola/Pipsi taste test being held in a gate factory?
