The black boxes as shown in the picture keep popping up in the distance , but turn to plants when i get closer , but it only happens around 40% of the time .

I don't even see anything that's not normal in there. It's pretty much any BI-game and I have learned to live with it. Not much you can do about it. You can try tochange aroudn a couple of your Video-settings, but it mostly will stay like that.
