Because every fresh spawn tries to punch everybody since they have nothing to lose so if there would be like 15 min timer to respawn again they would definately try to be more friendly :D Aaaand for hardcore it should be 30 min timer. What do u guys think? Or you could... not hang out by the coast and try to interact with new spawns in an unsafe way? All I do is RP in the game and when I can set up my own private server, it will be an RP server that I won't hesitate to kick/ban asshats who can't comply with the rules. If u dont have anything else to do, u can just watch youtube or something :D And in my opinion fresh spawns would be more careful because if they are not, then the 15 or 30 min penalty would kick in :) And what I have heard from this forum, this game is pretty hardcore. I was an Asian lady and yelled at the guy in front of me to run the other way. He told me that an Asian lady couldn't tell him what to do.
